RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS AGREEMENT
Terms & Conditions
By proceeding with the reservation, you accept and agree with Hu Pin Hotel & Resort that the reservation, if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, hotels may impose an early departure fee. A cash deposit of USD 50 for each night of stay or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax.
Arrival Time: Your reservations will be held until local hotel hold time. To hold the room beyond the local hotel hold time, a credit card guarantee of payment must be received at the hotel prior to designated hold time. Rooms may not be available until after the reserved hotel's designated check-in time. Occupancy prior to check-in time on the date of the reservation cannot be confirmed unless the hotel has availability and payment for the previous night is received by the hotel prior to arrival either by credit card accepted by the hotel.
Rate Rules/Restrictions: Rates are confirmed in the United States Dollars unless otherwise specified in your e-mail confirmation details. Rates confirmed are for the number of occupants listed in your e-mail confirmation, per room, per night and do not include additional charges for rollaway beds or extra people and will apply only to rooms booked as part of this reservation. Tour and package rates vary according to the features of the specific package or program offered at the hotel. The applicable charges for the packages confirmed are indicated in your e-mail confirmation details. Applicable taxes, service charges, and value added tax (VAT), if applicable, will be added to the hotel bill unless indicated as a package feature. The taxes, service charges and value added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law. In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
Personal cheque is not accepted. Credit Cards and Cash Only.
By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay and house rules.

By acceptance of these policies, Guests agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the owners of Hu Pin Hotel & Resort and its representatives from all claims, disputes, litigation, judgments, costs, and attorney fees resulting from loss, damage or injury to Guests and occupants, and licensees of Guests. Hotel recommends that Guests obtain and carry insurance to protect personal property. The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss due to any cause.
Guests or their personal property, including vehicles, are not insured by the property owners against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause. Please read and understand our policies before making your reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
In proceeding with the reservation, you further agree to allow Wyne Hotel and its agents to collect, use and disclose to any of its related corporations, its agents and its third party service providers (including those outside of Singapore) your personal data for the purposes of (i) administering, managing and maintaining your customer relationship with us; (ii) Wyne Hotel and its affiliates complying with any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements, or request or direction of any governmental authority of any relevant jurisdiction; and (iii) other business related purposes of Wyne Hotel and its affiliates.
You may unsubscribe to any such email at any time upon receipt of the said email.
No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
No prepared food from sources other than the Hotel's in-room dining services is permitted in the guest rooms.
This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.
By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
